Resepi Bubur Ayam.

I'm a fan of bubur ayam. So hari ni Lin buat bubur ayam for brunch. Easy to make, versatile and of course; nutritious. Plus, tak ada unsur-unsur subhah atau keraguan. So here it is:

Resepi Bubur Ayam Suzlin~ 3-4 hidangan

Bahan-bahan:
1 ulas bawang putih
2 ulas bawang kecil
5cm halia potong keping besar; nanti senang nak buang masa makan.
Sayur- any vege yag keras dan tak mudah hancur will do [Lin suka letak carrot]
Isi ayam potong kecil-kecil
1 sudu kecil sesame oil
1 pot beras dan air secukupnya
Cili and Spring onion for garnishing if you like [Lin tak suka dan tak bubuh pun]
Serbuk White Pepper and garam secukup rasa

Caranya:
1. Tumis bawang sampai wangi dan masukkan ayam. Kacau sikit-sikit, tak perlu sampai ayam masak.
2. Masukkan beras dan air serta halia biarkan mereneh sampai jadi bubur.
3. Bila dah siap, hidangkan dengan spring onion, white pepper and sesame oil. Sedia untuk dimakan.

Result: Honestly rasa dia sejibik macam bubur ayam McD. Try it yourself :)
