SIMPLEST,EASIEST,TASTIEST and FOOLPROOF APPLE CRUMBLE

Untuk Crumble:
2 cawan tepung naik sendiri
150g Buttercup
4 oz gula kastor
1 sudu kecil cinnamon powder*
Mix all this ingredient until it become crumbly. agak-agak tak crumbly, campur tepung lagi sikit. buat sampai crumbly tau.

Untuk Apple Filling:
4 biji apple hijau yang dipotong kecil atau dihiris [ikut suka]
2 oz gula kastor
1 sudu kecil cinnamon powder*
Mix all this Ingredient pastu masuk dalam buttered loyang. Tambah Crumble kat atas sampai penuh loyang. Buat slow-slow jangan tekan crumble tu, nanti keras pulak. Buat ala-ala macam menabur padi, sesedap rasa.

Then bakar dalam oven suhu 180C selama 35 minit. Jangan bakar lama sangat, kang atas dia hangit, xsedap makan.

TIPS/Workflow
1. Panaskan Oven 180C siap-siap
2. Buat Crumble dulu baru potong apple, sebab kalau potong apple tu dulu, nanti apple tu teroksida.
3. Masa tabur crumble jangan tekan tau, nanti keras.
4. Lepas dah bakar, bagi sejuk jap, atau masuk dalam peti ais sebab bila potong macam ada bentuk sikit, tak ada pecah-pecah. TAPI, disebabkan my hubby and I tak menyabar, lantak la tak cantik pun, janji sedap.
5. *cinnamon powder tu, tak letak pun tak apa. tapi aku suka, sebab wangi.
6. Apple crumble best serve with vanilla icecream/whipped cream.
7. Cara aku pilih apple: apple yang aku makan raw sedap, maknanya bakar pun mesti apple tu sedap jugak.
