Guess what, everyone? I'm finally moving. It's still up in the air whether it's temporary or permanent, but my current place needs some serious TLC (we're talking major reno, time consuming, cost and way beyond my DIY skills!). So, with my tenant moving out of my other house, it felt like the perfect time to make the leap.
