Daging Bakar.

     Banyak korang dapat daging korban? Lin pun dapat (^______^) all the way from Kedah ok~ At first ingatkan nak buat beef patties untuk burger bakar, tapi malas pulak sebab banyak kerja. Kalau weekend tak apa, banyak masa. So semalam Lin marinate half of daging yang Lin dapat dengan mixed herb [oregano, rosemary, basil, parsley, marjoram etc] then hari ni bakar. [200 C, for 30 minutes]. Tak pernah pun bakar daging dalam oven ni, try and error. Nasib baik elok je dia masak.
     Kalau ada nasi panas pun sedap ni. [saya sangat melayu] Layan gambar la ek walaupun tak berapa appealing. Tapi sedap tau. Cuba awak try buat pula. Share la dengan Lin, daging korban yang akak-akak, adik-adik, abang-abang dapat, buat masak apa?

Daging lagi setengah kilo lebih nak buat apa ek?
