First up, let's talk about property values. If you've been wondering if it's a good time to buy or sell, take a look at how sales prices have been doing.

A. Property Prices: Up, Up, and Away!
Good news for homeowners and potential buyers. JB property prices are on a roll. Both landed homes (like your terrace or semi-D) and apartments are seeing healthy increases.
