Sambal Kicap Johor

Cara buat sambal kicap
Of course I'm a proud Johorean. Eh tetiba. Tak kisahlah awak panggil sambal cili kicap ke sambal kicap johor ke, sambal ni memang sedap kalau buat cecah pisang/keledek/ubi - gorengan or tauhu or tempe or mee siput.

Ada orang tumbuk je semua bahan, then bubuh kicap. Ada juga yang tak letak bawang merah, ada yang letak. It's up to you la nak buat macam mana. So this is my version. Awak?

Sambal Kicap Johor Versi Jawa

Bahan-bahan:

4-5 biji cili hijau
3-4 biji cili padi - nak pedas letak lagi banyak
4 ulas bawang putih
Kicap - ikut suka nak cair ke pekat, cap kipas udang sedap!
Garam dan gula

Cara Membuatnya:
1. Goreng cili dan bawang seketika (tak perlu potong) dan masukkan kedalam blender bersama-sama kicap, garam dan gula. Kisarkan.
2. Rasa sedikit ikut citarasa, kalau nak letak garam lebih ke, gula lebih ke. Kisar semula.
3. Sedia dihidangkan.

Kalau bab sambal ni Lin memang suka buat banyak-banyak buat stok then letak dalam peti ais. Memang sedap!

  3. sama la mak.. siap buat stok sambal kicap ni walaupun xdela kerap sangat guna.. tp bila2 nak mkn letak sambal kicap dah ready kan senang..

  6. tak johor namanya takde sambal kicap kan lin...akak selalunya blender dlu then baru masak...pekat2 sikit pastu simpan dalam fridge
